AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35457
AS FOLLOWS:
TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Sk~TA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
Santa Monlca presented by Olga, Jan and Anita Pick, owners, belng
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35457 in the Clty of
a subdivision for condomlnlum purposes of Lots 256, 257 and 258,
Tract No. 1980, as shown in Book 21, Page 152 of Maps, -Records of
Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald Map thlS order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
