SECTIO~ 1. Resolutlon~os. 4243(C(5) and 4564(CC5) be and
hereby are superceded.
SECTION 2. That the Civic Auditorium of the CIty of
Santa Honica IS hereby aut.horlzed t.o est.ablish tlllO accounts In the
name of "Santa Honica CiVIC Concerts" entitled 1) AudItorIum Event
PromotIon Checking Account and 2) Auditorium Box Office Trust. Account
WIth United California Bank upon such terms and conditIons as are
provIded by the Statutes of the State of CalifornIa governing public
deposlt.s.
SECTION 3
That City personnel as named on FxhIbit. lA'
attached hereto and made a part. hereof are hereby authorized to
deposIt funds in saId account) and to WIthdraw funds from saId account
upon warrants and/or checks sIgned WIth said signature duly certified
to said bank by the CIty of Santa Monica on saId Exhibit 'AI; and
said bank hereby IS authorized to honor and pay such warrants and/or
checks so signed.
SECTION 4. That the CIty Clerk shall certify to the adoptIon
of this resolutIon and thenceforth and t.hereafter the same shall be
