A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~
CITY OF SANTA MONICA INCREASING THE
MONTHLY PAFKING RATES IN ~HE GROVND
FLOOR AREAS ONL~ OF THE PAFKING STRUCTURES
WITHIN THE PARKING ASS~SSMENT DIS~RICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS'
SECTION 1. The ~onthly parking rates in City
operated parking structures wlthin the Parking Assessment District
are hereby increased to $13.00 :o~ ground floor ~aTking and
to $8.00 ~or roof top parklng for parkers from wlthln the
district, and to $16.00 for g~ound flo~r pa~king and $11.00
for roof to~ ~arking for parkers from wlthout the dlstrlct.
SECTION 2. The Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thls resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the sane
shall be in full ~orce and effect.
