A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING
MONTHLY PARKING SPACES IN CI~Y OPEFATED
PARKING STRUCTUFE NO.4 AND AFFIXING THE
RATES THEREFOR.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
KERBBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Monthly parklng spaces in two bays in
the flrst level below the roof level in City operated Pa~king
Structure No. 4 are hereby established.
SECTION 2. These spaces shall be rented at a
monthly rate of $11.00 for parkers from within the dlstrict and
$14.00 for those frOIT without the district.
SECTION 3. The avallabllity of these parking spaces
is conaitional upon the avallability 0: sufficient parkin~
wlthin the structure fo~ shorpers using the Parking Assessnent
Distrlct, and the City staff is authorlzed and directed to inform
TIonthly permltees that the availability of the assigned parklng
spaces will be discontinued if, in the judgment of staff,
insufficlent space is avallable for shoppers.
SECTION 4. The Clerk shall certify to t~e ado~tion
of thlS resolution, and thenceforth and thereafte~ the same
shall be in full force and effect.
