A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35252
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35252 ~n the City of
Santa Monica presented by ~obert E. and Halina ~. Szczes~ak, being
a subdivision for condomin~um purposes of Lot 319, Towner Terrace
Tract, as shown on Map recorded in Book 8, Page 25, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the city Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa~d Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the city of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th~s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
