A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 26401
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 26401 in the C1ty of
Santa Monica presented by Kan-Lin Yen, partner in ~~ellin Investment
Company, being a subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot P,
Block 74, Town of Santa Monica Tract, as shown on Map recorded 1n
Book 39, pages 45 through 51 1nclusive, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th1s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
