A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35220
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35220 in the City of
Santa Mon~ca presented by John J. and Irene M. Stein, be~ng a sub-
division for condominium purposes of Lot 0, Block 35, a~ended Map
of the Town of Santa Mon~ca Tract, as shown on Map recorded ~n
Book 39, Pages 45 to 51, inclusive, Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of said Map th~s order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the C~ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert~fy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
