A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTIVG
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
PARCEL NO. 10890
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 10890 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Frank L. Jamlson, Jr., Partner, Regency V,
being a subdivision to perm~t the dlvision of the property of a
portlon of the 386.955 acre Tract alotted to Ygnacio Machado,
Tract No.4 of the allotment of Andres Jose Antonio, Rafael and
Crlstobal Machado in the Rancho La Ballona In Case No. 2000 of the
D~strict Court of the State of Cal~fornia in the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
