A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35147
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35147 In the Clty of
Santa Monica presented by Walter van Buskirk and Steven C. Hall
as general partners in Ten Twelve Seventh Street Assoclates, belng
a subdivislon for condomlnium purposes of Lots C and D, Block 70,
Town of Santa Monica Tract, as shown on Map recorded in Book 39,
pages 45-51 lncluslve, Mlscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles
County.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authentl-
cated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the sane shall
be in full force and effect.
