A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 33918
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 33918 1n the City of
Santa Monica presented by Edmund and Elena Warren, being a sub-
divlsion for condominium purposes of Lot 0, Block 21, Town of
Santa Monica, as shown on Map recorded in Book 3, Pages 80 and 81
and in Book 39, Page 45, et seg., Miscellaneous Records, Records
of Los Angeles County ~ be and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said map th1S order authen-
ticated by the Seal fa the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoptlon
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
