RESOLUTION NO. 5125

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
PARCEL NO. 10209
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the Map of Parcel No. 10209 1n the C1ty of
Santa Monica presented by James Lewis Rogers, president, PanoramlC
Builders Corporation, belng a subd1V1S1on to per~it the division
of Lots 33 and 34 and port~ons of Lots 6, 7, 8 and 32, Block A,
Wave Crest Tract, as shown on Map recorded in Book 18, Page 49,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby 1S author1zed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adopt~on
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
