RESOLUTION NO. 5141 (CCS)

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 33117
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the Map of Tract No. 33117 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Emery C. Wong, general partner ln W.L.H.
Company, Ltd., being a subdivlsion for condominium purposes of
Lot 21, Block K, Palisades Tract, as shown on Map recorded in
Book 8, Page 32, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same
hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is author~zed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the ,City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
