A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA INCREASING THE
DUPLICATE PERMIT RATES IN THE PARKING
STRUCTURES WITHIN THE PARKING ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. The duplicate permit parking rates in City-operated
Parking Structures within the Parking Assessment Distr1ct are hereby
established as follows;
1. Dupl1cate cost if scrapings of permit are presented to staff
in City Hall - $2,00 each
2. All other requests for duplicates -
A. $8 monthly rate, duplicate will cost $8
B. $11 monthly rates dupl icate wi 11 cost $11
C. $13 monthly rates dupl icate will cost $13
D. $16 monthly rates duplicate will cost $16
SECTION 2, The Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolut1on, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be in full
force and effect.
