RESOLUTION NO, 5145 (CCS)
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA APPROVING THE FILING OF
REPORT OF WORK AND SETTING A HEARING DATE FOR
ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO THE REPORT OF
THE SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS REGARDING TREE
PLANTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS NOS, 3 AND 4,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Superintendent of Streets has filed a report
of work pursuant to Section 5882 of the Streets and H1ghways Code of the
State of California, relating to the construction of certain Improvements
completed on:
Lincoln Boulevard between Wilshire Boulevard and
Broadways and between Pico Boulevard and Pac1fic
Streets within the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Section 5870, et seq. of said codes
the C1ty Council does hereby order and declare that on the 12th day of
December, 1978, in the Council Chambers of the City Halls it will hear and
pass upon any and all objections or protests to the report of work of the
Superintendent of Streets and the amount of the assessment asslgned against
the real property described in said report.
SECTION 3. That all protests or obJections must be in writlng and
filed with the City Clerk on or before the time set for hearlng of protests
and object1ons.
