A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ~lONICA
CO~Th1ENDI~G DAVID P. DOLTER, ACTING CITY
~~~AGER OF THE CITY OF SA~TA MO~ICA
WHEREAS, David P. Dolter has served the City of Santa
Monica as ActIng City Manager since August 1978 and as ASSIstant
City Manager since March 1974s and
WHEREAS, David P. Dolter has rendered exceptional service
to the Clty in his capaCIty of ActIng City ~anager and Assistant
City Manager, and
WHEREAS, David P. Dolter is resignlng from his position
to assume the position of City Manager of the City of Redondo
Beachs Callfornla, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to express its appreciation
to David P. Do1ter for hIS exceptional service to the City;
THE CITY COUKCIL OF THE CITY OF SA~TA MONICA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. David P. DaIter is hereby commended for hIS
exceptIonal service as ActIng CIty Manager and Assistant CIty Manager
of the City of Santa Monica. The City Council expresses its
appreciation to DaVId P. DoIter and WIshes hIm success in hIS
future endeavors.
SECTION 2. The CIty Clerk shall certIfy to the adoption
of this resolutions and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
