A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34979
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOBS RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34979 in the City of
Santa Mon~ca presented by Edmund Kanan, general partner in V~lla
Ninth Street Condoffi2ll1ums, be~ng a subdivision for condomin~um
purposes of Lot Q, Block 140, Amer.ded Map of the Town of Santa
Monlca as recorded ~n Book 39, Pages 45 to 51 inclusive, Miscella-
neous Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby
is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the c~ty clerk hereby 15 author1zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa2d Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Mon~ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert~fy to the adopt~on
of th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be ~n full force and effect.
