A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34628
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DORS RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34628 1n the City of
Santa Monica presented by Robert and Louise Gabr1el and Edmund
and Sharon Kanan, be1ng a subdivis10n for condom1niu~ purposes
of Lot C, Block 36, amended map of t~e Town of Santa Mon1ca, as
shown 1n Book 39, Pages 45 to 41 inclus1ve, ~ecords of Los Angeles
County, be and the same ~ereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C1ty Clerk hereby is author1zed and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of sa1d r1ap t~1S order authen-
t~cated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa ponica.
SECTION 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption
of th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the sa~e shall
be in full force and effect.
