A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF TH~ CITY OF SAliTA MONICA PRO-
VIDING FOR SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR
THE CI TY I'1AUAGER.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA BONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOHS:
SECTION 1. Effectlve January 22, 1979, the
City Manager of Santa Monlca shall rece~ve the fo1low~ng
compensation:
a) An annual salary of forty eight thousand dollars
($48,000);
b) An annual automob~le allowance of eighteen hun-
dred dollars ($1,8-00), payable ~n monthly installments;
c) Paid vacation days accrued at the rate of one
(1) day per month, to vest upon complet~on of six (6) months
serV1ce;
d) COMpensatory t1~e off-1n the awourit of eight
{8} days annually;
e) All other benefits, including sick leave, re-
tlrement benefits, and insurance benefits, acCorded other
miscellaneous City employees.
