A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COL~CIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35116
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOBS RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Hap of Tract No. 35116 in the City of
Santa Monica presented by Robert D. Heldr General Partner 2n Sea
Breeze Townhomes Llmlted, belng a subdlvlslon for condoffilnlum
purposes of Lot E, Block 11, Town of Santa Monica, as shown on Map
recorded in Book 39, Pages 45 through 51 of H.iscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 15 accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald Map thlS order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTIOtl 3. That the C~ty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1n full force and effect.
