A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 32575
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No, 32575 ~n the City of
Santa Monica presented by Georgina Development Company, David W.
Bentz, General Partner, being a subd~v~sion for condominium pur-
poses of Lots 19 and 20, Block K, The Pal~sades Tract, as shown
on Map recorded ln Book 8, Page 32, Records of Los Angeles County,
be and the same hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald Hap th1.s order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the saMe shall
be in full force and effect.
