A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34028
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34028 in the City of
Santa Monlca presented by Raymond E. and Cheryl Mahaffey, being
a subdivision for condoIDln1um purposes of Lot 7, Block 3, South
Santa Monica Tract, as s~rnln on Map recorded in Book 3, Pages 86
and 87 of Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be
and the same hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of sald Map thlS order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of thlS resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
