A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34110
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34110 in the Clty of
Santa Monlca presented by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Santa Monica and the Llncaln Property Company, being a subdivislon
for condomlnlUffi purposes of portlons of Lots 2, 3 and 4, Tract No.
26598, per Map recorded in Book 794, Pages 73 to 75 incluslve, of Maps;
and Block 9 and a portion of Block 10 replat of Bay View Tract,
recorded ln Book 1, Pages 1 and 2 of Maps; and a portlon of Pier
Avenue vacated by Resolution No. 3281, recorded ln Book 0-2941,
Pages 96 through 98 lnclusive, of Offlcia1 Records, and a portlon of
Barnard Way dedicated by Map of Bay Vlew Tract recorded ln Book 84,
Pages 13 and 14 of Miscellaneous Records and by Map of Crescent Bay
Tract recorded ln Book 2, Pages 13 and 14 of Maps, all records of
Los Angeles County.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald Map thlS order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of thlS resalutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
