A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SL~DIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 34253
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOBS RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34253 ~n the City of
Santa Monica presented by B111y Ke~st and F. C. Feathers, be1ng a
subd~vision for condominium purposes of Lots 15 and 16, Tract No.
5519, as shown on Map recorded ln Book 59, Page 60, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby ~s accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby ~s authorlzed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map th~s order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
