A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING Su~DIVISION MAP OF
PJI..RCEL NO. 7391
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Parcel No. 7391 in the C~ty of
Santa Monica presented by general partners Raymond Lepore and Jay
Cox of Lepore and Associates, P~er Avenue Partnership, being a
subd~v~sion for condom1nium purposes of Lot 7, Block A, Ocean Park
Terrace Tract as shown on Map recorded in Book 6, Page 129, Records
of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is accepted and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the c~ty Clerk hereby is author1zed and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of saic map th~s order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the c~ty Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of th~s resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the SaMe shall
be 1n full force and effect.
