A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35635
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the map of Tract No. 35635 1n the City of
Santa Monica presented by Boca-Monica Developers, a joint venture,
being a subdivision for condom1n~um purposes of Lots V. Wand X,
Blcok 75, aMended Map of Town of Santa Mon1ca, as recorded in Book
39, Pages 45 to 51 inclusive, M~scellaneous Records, Records of Los
Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby is author1zed and
directed to endorse upon the face of sa1d Map this order authen-
t1cated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Honica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoption
of thls resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
