A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 346 36
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the t1ap of Tract No. 34636 1.n the Cl.ty of
Santa Monica presented by Carl J. and Beverly J. Talley, be1.ng a
subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot X, Block 63, Town of
Santa Mon1.ca Tract as shown on Hap recorded in Book 39, Page 45,
et.seq., Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles County, be
and the same hereby 1.S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby 1.S author1.zed and
d1.rected to endorse upon the face of said ~ap th1.s order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the C1.ty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th1.S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the sa~e shall
be 1.n full force and effect.
