A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35128
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract tw. 35128 in the C1ty of
Santa Monica presented by David Sh~ng-Lin Yen and Ch1ng-rling Lu
Yen, be1ng a subdivision for condom~n1um purposes of Lot Y,
Block 70, anended map of the Town of Santa Monica, as shown on
Map recorded in Book 39, Page 45 et seq., of Miscellaneous Records,
Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted
and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk h2reby ~s authorized and
cirected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the C1ty of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall cert1fy to t~e adoption
of this resolution and thencefort~ and thereafter t~e sane shall
be in full force and effect.
