A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35129
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOV 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35129 in the City of
Santa f10nica presented by Chun-Te rmery ~ong and Chr1st1na Y. Wong,
being a subd1vision for condom1n1um purposes of Lot B, Block 60,
anended Map of the Town of Santa rllonica per P1.ap recorded 1n Book 39,
Page 45, et. seq., of Miscellaneous Records, Records of Los Angeles
County, be and the same hereby 1S accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is author1zed and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of sald Map t~is order authen-
tlcated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Mon1ca.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt1on
of this resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter t~e saMe shall
be in full force and effect.
