A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35259
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF S&~TA MONICA DOES RESOL\~
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract no. 35259 in the c~ty of
Santa Monica presented by Alan 3. Tossman and Steven W~seMan, being
a subdiv1sion for condomin~uM purposes of Lot 22, Serra Vista He~ghts,
Extension ~o. Three, as shown on map recorded ~n Book 10, Page 50,
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby ~s author1zed and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authenti-
cated by the Seal of tbe City of Santa Monica.
SECTIon 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolut1on and thenceforth and thereafter the sane shall
be 1n full force and effect.
