A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION ~~p OF
TRACT NO. 34359
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 34359 in the City of
Santa Mon2ca presented by Denny Da-Nlen Lord and Anne Cheng Lord,
be~ng a subdivision for condominium purposes of Lot 13, Block 12,
of Serra Vista Heights, as shown on Map recorded in Book 8, Page 38,
of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby is
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the C~ty Clerk hereby is authorized and
d~rected to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
t2cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the city Clerk shall cert~fy to the adoption
of this resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
