A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE eITY OF SANTA MONICA ACCEPTING
AND APPROVING SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 35251
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Map of Tract No. 35251 in the C1ty of
Santa Monica presented by Rlchard Green and Dick Mast, being a
subdivision for condom1nium purposes of a portion of Lot 2, Block 1,
Fairmount Villas, as shown on map recorded in Book 7, Page 99, of
Maps, Records of Los Angeles County, be and the same hereby 1S
accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
d1rected to endorse upon the face of said Mpa thlS order authenti-
cated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monlcaw
SECTION 3. That the C1ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of th1S resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the sawe shall be
~n full force and effect.
