WHEREAS, Santa MonIca MunIcIpal Code SectIon 9367
authC)~lzes the CIty CouncIl to establIsh proceSSIng fees to r

Article X,.< of the CIty Charter: and
WHERtHS, the Cdy has conducted a study to determIne the
f~e5 necessary to recover the cost of proceSSIng app llcat Ions
for tenant partIcIpatIng converSIons,

shall be In full force and eftect.
