A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
FOR THE LOCATION OF A wATER MAIN AND SE~ER LINE ALONG THE
S0UTHERLi RIGHT-OF-wAY OF THE SANTA MONICA FREEWAY BETWEEN
HIGH PLACE A&D FRAN~ STREET, IN THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA.
WHEREAS, the Department of Transpotation of the State of
CalIfornIa did grant to the City of Santa MonIca an easement for
the location of a water maIn and sewer line executed July 18,
1974; and
WHEREAS, th1S easement 15 ten feet wide and runs along
the southerly rIght-of-way of the Santa Monica Freeway between
HIgh Place and Frank Street within City lImits,
NOW, TriEREFORE, THE CITY COONCIL OF THE Clry OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Tne DIrector's Deed from the Department of
rransporatlon, State of Calforn13, attached hereto as Exhibit A,
1S accepted by the City of Santa Monica.
SEC7ION 2. rhe Clty Clerk snaIl certIfy to the adoptIon
of th.ls ResolutiOn and tnenceforth and theceafter the same snaIl
be In full force and effect.
