A RESOLUTION OF THE CrfY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA ORDERING THE RESURFACING OF OZONE PLACE NORTH
BETWEEN LINCOLN BOULEVARD AND HIGHLAND AVENUE
WHEREAS, the C1.ty Counc1.1 of the Clty of Santa Mon1.ca, on
the 25th day of June, 1985, adopted Resolutlon No. 7041 (CSS)
settIng a publlc hearlng;
WHEREAS, written notices of said Improvements have been
g1ven 1n the manner requIred by law; and
WHEREAS, any and all wr1tten ob]ect1.ons and protests to the
work or the extent of the dIstrlct to be assessed were heard and
conSIdered by the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The publIC convenlence and neceSSIty requires
the resurfaclng of Ozone Place North between Lincoln Boulevard
and H1ghland Avenue 1n the CIty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 2. All protests and ObJections of every k1nd and
nature to the resurfaclng of Ozone Place North between Lincoln
Boulevard and H1ghland Avenue as descrlbed In Sect1.on l, 1.n the
Clty of Santa Monica, be and the same are hereby overruled and
den1ed.

SECTION 3~ Pursuant to streets and Highways Code Sectlon
5880, the Street Superlntendent IS directed to commence the
resurfacing of Ozone Place North between Lincoln Boulevard and
Hlghland Avenue above described after 60-day period wherever the
property owners have not started the resurfacing themselves.
SECTION 4. The Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of thIS Resolutlon and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
