RESOLUTION NO. 7064(CCS)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. B TO THE LOCAL
AGENCY/STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5107 FOR FEDERAL-AID
FUNDS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF WILSHIRE BOULEVARD
BETWEEN 21ST STREET AND CENTINELA
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Santa
Monica does hereby approve and authorize the City Manager to
execute the attached Program of Local Agency Federal Aid Urban
project in the City of Santa Monica Program Supplement No. a
setting forth the proport1onate shares of the cost of the
reconstruction of Wilshire Boulevard from 21st Street to
Cent1nela Avenue.
SECTION 2. The C1ty Clerk shall cert1fy to the
adoptIon of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be 1n full force and effect.
