CITY OF SANTA MONICA ORDERING THE VACATION
OF A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN ALLEY KNOWN
AS EUCLID COURT IN THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA, CALIFORNIA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1- That the Clty Couned of the CIty of Santa
MonIca, hevIng heard the eVidence offered In relatIon to the
proposed vacatlon of that port1on of the alley known B5 Eucl1d
Court between teh Ra1lroad RIght-of-Way end OlympIC Boulevard,
as shown on Map of Towner Terrace Santa Mon1ca Tract recorded
1n Map Book 8, page 25, In the offIce of the Recorder of Los
Angeles County, hereby fInds from all of the eVIdence
submttted that the port ton of the alley above reo: fe rred to and
proposed to be vacated by ResolutIon No. 70133 (Cll Y Counc 1 1
Sar 1 as) 15 unnecessary for present or prospectIve street
purposes and 15 consistent WIt h the General Plan of the CIty

of saId portIon of saId Court Intended to be vacated, for the
purpose of constructIng. maIntaInIng, operatIng, replacIng,
remOVIng, and reneWing all sanitary sewers, 5torm draIns,
water mEllns, and other pub 11 C Utll1ty facIlItIes and
appurtenant structures. The reservatIons and exceptIons are
