RESOLUTION NO. 7088(CCS)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA ADOPTING
A SALARY FOR THE POSITION OF
CITY CLERK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The followlng salary level 1.S hereby
established for the l.ndlcated classlfieation, effeetlve on the
following dates:
CITY CLERK 1/6/85 {;3662/month ($3918 with PERS)
7/7/85 $3754/month ($40l7 wlth PERS)
SECTION 2: Seetlon I of thls Resolution shall be effective
January 6, 1985. The benefits accorded to thls position shall be
the same as for members of the Executive Pay Plan with the
exception of participatlon 1.n the performance bonus pool.
SECTION 3: There will be a salary reVlew conducted of the
C1.ty Clerk position and presented to the Clty Council for
cons1.deration on or about January 1, 1986.
SECTION 4: The city Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
in full force and effect.
