RESOLUTION NO. 7102 (CCS)
(CITY COUNCIL SERIES)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING PHYSICALLY
HANDICAPPED ZONE ON 22ND STREET ADJACENT TO
2125 ARIZONA AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Monica has
enacted an ord~nance enabling individuals to request parking
zones for physically hand1capped person; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a request for a physically
handicapped zone; and
WHEREAS, the Parking and Traffic Engineer has considered
the request and concl uded , based upon the factors stated in the
ordinance, that an additional physically handicapped zone may be
installed at the requested location,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1- A physically hand1capped zone 1S hereby
established on the west side of 22nd Street adj acent to 2125
Ar i zona Avenue.
SECTION 2. The C~ty Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
