A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
EXTENDING THE TIME
FOR EXERCISING CERTIFICATE
OF APPROPRIATENESS LC-03-002-1
FOR THE REMOVAL OR DEMOLITION OF THE
RAPP SALOON FOR AN ADDITIONAL
180 DAY PERIOD.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. The Clty Council extends the time perlod for
exerclslng Certlflcate of Approprlateness LC-03-002-1 for the
removal or demolltlon of the Rapp Saloon for an addltlonal 180
days, subJect to the condltlon set forth In Sectlon 2 of this
Resolutlon.
SECTION 2. Durlng the flrst 150 days of the 180 day exten-
sion, demolition of the Rapp Saloon shall be prohibited.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this Resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be ln full force and effect.
