A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA SETTING A HEARING
DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
THE REPORT OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS REGARDING REPAIR OF SIDEWALKS,
DRIVEWAYS AND CURBS (SR-86-76)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Super ~ntendent of Streets wlll file a
report of repair pursuant to Section 5617 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of CalifornIa, relatIng to the
construction of certaln improvements to sidewalks and dr iveways
at 2522 32nd Street, 2516 32nd Street, 2629 32nd Street, 2632
32nd Street, 2667 32nd Street, ~637 32nd Street, 2528 32nd
Street, 2316 32nd Street, 2324 32nd Street, 2313 Pearl Street,
2320 32nd Street, 2307 32nd Street, 2269 32nd Street, 2332 32nd
Street, 2329 32nd Street, 2333 32nd Street.
SECTION 2.
Pursuant to Section 5600 et seq. of said
code, the City Council does hereby order and declare that on the
25th day of February, 1986, at 7:30 P.M., In the Council Chambers
of the City Hall, ~ t will hear and pass upon the report by the
Super intendent of Streets of the cost of repair, together wi th
any Objections or protests, if any, which may be raised by any
property owner liable to be assessed for the cost of such repair
and any other interested persons.

SECTION 3. All protests or obJectlons must be in wrlting
and filed with the City Cler k on or before the tIme set for
hearlng of protests and ob)ect1ons.
SECTION 4.
The Superlntendent of Streets is hereby
directed to mail notices, in the manner and form prescribed by
law, of the cost of repa1c and of the adoption of thlS Resolutlon
to all persons owning real property affected by the sidewalk
assessment repalr program, whose names and addresses appear on
the last equallzed assessment roll for the City taxes or as known
to the City Clerk.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adopting
of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
