A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
APPROVING SETTLEMENT OF CLAIMS AND LITIGATION
CONCERNING OCEAN PARK REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The City Counc~l of the City of Santa Monica
does hereby approve, and does authorize the City Manager to
execute on behalf of the City of Santa Monica, the following
docuMents:

SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall cert1fy to the adoption of
this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
