A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING JOHN H. ALSCHULER, JR.
AND ELAINE KISSIL TO EXECUTE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
UNDER THE FEDERAL CIVIL DEFENSE ACT OF 1951
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The fo11owlng named ~ndiv~duals are
hereby authorized to execute for and in behalf of the City of
Santa Monica, a public entity established under the laws of
the State of California, applications and documents for the
purpose of obtaining finanClal assistance under the Federal
Civil Defense Act of 1950, as amended, (public law 920, 81st
Congress, 50 U.S.C. ~~ 2251-2297)
