A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA AND THE SANTA MONICA
POLICE OFFICER'S ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, 1t 1S the mutual desire of the City and the Santa
Monica police Officer's Association to amend the Memorandum of
understanding entered into on April 14, 1982:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
The City Council does hereby approve and
authorize the City Manager to execute the attached Agreement
amending the Memorandum of UnderstandIng WIth the'''~ MORica
Police off1cer's Associat1on.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
