NCW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1- The City Council hereby declares its
intention to cunend Ordinance NUMber 1303 (CCS) pursuant to the
Parking and Business Improvement Area Law of 197q by amending
Sectlon 3 tC' read as follows:

SECTIOn 2. Not~ce is herety qiven that on January 22,
1984, at the hour of 7:30 p.lT'. , in the City Council Ch alllbers
located in City Hall, 1685 Main Street, Santa Monica,
Cal1fornla, a 'hearlng will be helo by tre City Council to
consider an amenc':l~ent of Or0~nance NUMPer 1303 (CCS) as herein
proposed. Any business within the proposed area, or any other
interested person, hav~ng any obJection to the establishment
of the proposec'1 area or to any other action proposed herein
may file a wrltten protest with the City Clerk not later than
the hour so f~xeo for hearing.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall cause tris Feso]ution
to be publi shea once in a newspaper of general circulatlon in
tre City of Santa !~onica ana 1'<hall cause a c~plete copy of
