A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING PHYSICALLY
HANDICAPPED ZONE ADJACENT TO 815 10TH STREET
WHEREAS, the C~ty counc~l of the C~ty of Santa
MonIca has enacted an ordlnance enab1~ng ~nd~v~duals to request
parklng zones for phys~cally handicapped persons; and
WHEREAS, the C~ty has rece~ved a request for a physically
handIcapped zone; and
WHEREAS, the ParkIng and Traff~c Eng~neer has cons~dered
the request and concluded, based upon the factors stated ~n the
ordInance, that a phYSIcally handIcapped zone may be ~nstalled at
, the requested location,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l. A physIcally handIcapped zone is hereby
establIshed on lOth Street adJacent to 815 lOth Street.
SECTION 2. The CIty Clerk shall certify to the adoptlon
of th~s resolutIon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
