A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ESTABLISHING AN UNDERGROUND TANK FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, the CIty CouncIl may establish and from
tIme to time amend the permlt fee to operate 81" underground
stol"age tank, pursuant to Section 8605 of the Sar,ta Mor.lca
MunIcipal COde,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Ur.dergrour.d Tank PermIt Fee Sch~dule~ The
fees for undergrour'd tank permits, as proVlded for In Section
8605 of the Sarta Morica Mur.icpal COde, shall be as follows:
Irltial Permit Fee:
1 tank per slte - $340.
2-3 tanks - $470.
4 or more tanks per site - $590.
Renewal PermIt Fee:
1 tank per site - $320.
2-3 tanks per slte -$450.
4 or more tanks per site - $570.
Amend Permit Fee:
All cases - $50 per tar.k per change.

SECTION 2. The Clty Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolutio~, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall be
