A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA MONICA ESTABLISHING PHYSICALLY
HANDICAPPED ZONE ADJACENT TO 958 LINCOLN BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the CIty Cout"cll of the CIty of Santa Monica has
enacted at: ordInance er;ablll"g ~ndlvlduals to request parking
zor;es for phYSIcally handIcapped person; and
WHEREAS, the CIty has received a request for a phYSIcally
handIcapped zone; ard
WHEREAS, the Parkirg and TraffIC EngIneer has conSIdered
the request ar;d cor:cluded, based upon the factors stated ir the
ordlr'ance, that an addl tlor'al phys1cally handIcapped zone may be
Installed at the requested location,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. An addItIonal phYSIcally handIcapped zone 1S
hereby established or the east side of Lincoln Boulevard adJacent
to 958 LIncoln Boulevard.
SECTION 2. The CIty Clerk shall certIfy to the adoptIon
of thIS resolutIon, and ther:ceforth and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
