THE CIi'Y COUNCIL OF 'TdE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES dEREBY
l~.:iOLVE rtS FOLLOwS:
Si:CTION 1. That the Dlrector of General Servlces wlll
propose changes III the TOX1C Chemlcal Disclosure Form. A pUblic
hearlng must be held pursuant to Santa Monlca Municipal Code
SectLon 5302, Part (9)(b).
Si:CrrON 2. That pursuant to Sectlon 5302 Part (9)(b)
of the Santa Monlca Munlclpal Code, the Clty Counc1l does hereby
order and declare that on the 26th day of June, 1984, at 7:30 p.m.
1n the Counc1l Chambers of the City Hall, lt wlll hear and pass
upon the pro~osed changes by the D1rector of General Servlces to
tne TOX1C Chem1cal Dlsclosure Form.
SECTION 3, At least 15 days prlor to the hearlng, the
Clty ClerK shall publlSh announcements of the publlC hearlng as
prescr1bed by law.
SLeE ION 4.
The Clty Clerk shall certify to the
adoptlon of thlS Resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
