A RbSOLUTION OF TdE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MO~ICA ESTABLISHING PHY3ICALLY
HAdDICAPPED ZONE ADJACENT TO 958 LINCOLN
BOULEVARD.
WHERBA~, the Clty Councilor Santa Monlca has enacted
an ordLnance enablLng LndLvlduals to request parking zones
for physically handlcapped person~ and
WHEREAS, the Clty has recelved a request for a
phYSlcally handlcapped zone; and
WHEREA~, the City Parklng and Trafflc Englneer has
consldered the requests and concluded, based upon the factors
stated 1n the ordLnance, that a physLcally handicapped zone
may be installed at the requested locatlon,
NOW, THERLFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
MONICA DOE~ REci0LVE A3 FOLLOW3:
S~CTION 1. A phYSlcally handlcapped zone is hereby
establlshed on the west slde of Llncoln Boulevard adJacent to
958 L1Dcoln Boulevard.
SBCTION 2. The Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the
adoptlon of thlS Resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter
the s~~e shall be ln full force and effect.
