A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA MONICA SETTING A HEARING
DATE FOR ANY PROTESTS OR OBJECT IONS TO
THE REPORT OF 'THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS REGARDING REPAIR OF SIDEWALKS,
DRIVEWAYS AND CURB3 (SR-84-56).

RE30LVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Superintendent of Streets will f~le
a report of repaLr pursuant to Sect~on 5617 of the Streets and
H~ghways Code of the State of Cal~forn~a, relating to the
construct~on of certaLn ~mprovements to sLdewalks and driveways
at 1453 Euc1~d St., 1313 Wilshire Bl., 457 15th St., 1246 Eucl~d
.::it., 1318 Eucl~d St., 1252 Eucl~d St" 1322 Eucl~d St., 2501 to
2511 W~1sh~re Bl., 1321 Euc1~d St., 1118 14th St., 1114 14th St.,
1424 14th St., 142a 14th St., 1424 14th St., and 1448 Euclid St.,
all wLthLn the CLty of Santa MonLca.
SECTION 2. That pursuant to Sectlon 5600 et seq. of said
code, the C~ty Counc~l does hereby order and declare that on the
26th day of June, 1984, at 7:30 P.M., ~n the Counc~1 Chambers of
the CLty riall, it WLll hear and pass upon the report by the
Super~ntendent of Streets of the cost of repa~r, together with
any ob)ect~ons or protests, l.f any, which may be ra~sed by any
property owner l~able to be assessed for the cost of such repal.r
and any other l.nterested persons,

That all protests or obJections must be in
wr~t~ng and filed w~th th~ C~ty Clerk on or before the time set
for hearl-ng of protests and obJectl-ons,
SECTION 4.
The Super~ntendent of Streets is hereby
dl-rected to mail not~ces, l-n the manner and form prescr~bed by
law, of the cost of repal-r and of the adoptl-on of th~s Resolution
to all persons ownl-ng real property affected by the s~dewalk
assessment repal-r program, whose names and addresses appear on
the last equall-zed assessment roll for the City taxes or as known
to the Cl-ty Clerk.
SECTION 5, The City Clerk shall certJ.fy to the adoptJ.on
of thl-s resolution and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be 1U full force and effect.
